Match Report Press Report

Chichester Vets 2 Lost to Nuffield Health Vets 1 in a one-sided match.

With the home team having higher Gradings in 2 of the strings, the match was always going to be in their favour. The away team proved the statisticians wrong though by clinching a great win.

On paper, the number 3 string should have been the closest, with only 20 ranking points separating the two players before the match. The Away player, Jeff Burden, did well therefore to secure the win.

It was the number 2 String which turned out to be the most competitive, with the Players battling out over a total of 47 Points ! Victory finally going to the Away Player, Graeme Winning.

Player of the tie was the Away No. 2 string, Graeme Winning, gaining 100 Ranking Points from the match.

Player of the match must be the Away number 2 string, Graeme Winning, who over-turned a 548 ranking points disadvantage to record a great win.
